Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of payment, or any time before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Email [FILL IN email] with your order/payment ID. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Because henna is a consumable skin product, we accept returns only for:

• items delivered damaged or leaking;
• wrong item received;
• manufacturing defects in tools (e.g. practice hands, bottles).

Report such issues within 3 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video where possible. Perishable/opened henna, cones and powders are not eligible unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault was ours.

Failed / duplicate payments

If money was debited but no order was confirmed, it is auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. Contact us with the payment ID if it is not.
